This report produces a detailed analysis of eligibility-maintenance activities as required by DOE Rule 1S-2.041.

Note:  The figure for the activity Voters who responded to mailed notices is derived by totaling the number of responses (per voter) to mailed and published notices, then subtracting the number of voters included in published notices from that count. For the activity Voters who responded to the published notices, the figure is derived by counting voter responses after the date of each published notice.
